No worries or surprises because Levelized Budget Billing uses a "rolling
average." Your monthly bill will change only slightly from month
to month. By averaging your changes over a 12-month period, there's never
a drastic change in your bill even in the very cold or very hot months
when usage is typically the highest.
Qualifying Is Easy As 1-2-3
- To qualify for the Levelized Billing Plan, you
must have 12 months of payment history. The plan may
be used only on residential accounts.
- With Levelized Budget Billing, there's no sign-up
fee or monthly service charges. All that's required
is that you keep your account current.
